Mark is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome and at ease. His administrator Laura who I had to liaise with regularly was on point and super efficient. My aches and pains are gone. Thank you. Highly recommended
I recently injured my knee running. The staff were really friendly and Nick was very thorough in his assessment and tailoring of my treatment. I'm now running pain free. Highly recommend!
I was recommended to see Nick for my hip injury. With some initial hands on treatment and a gym based program I’m now able to play tennis after 2 years! Highly recommend, the team are really friendly and helpful
Was recommended this place by a friend, specifically Anthony, a physiotherapist he has seen for over 15 years now. I have seen many physios over the years, but Anthony is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Professional space and attentive physio who made me feel comfortable.
After a few physios previously getting me nowhere, a colleague recommended this place and wow. They recognised the pains in my hip were actually attributed to tight shins. Still took some work but actually finally a difference!
Nick was amazing
After having a lower back soreness for a while which never really got resolved by past physio visits in other clinics, I almost gave up hope until I went here and was treated by Nick. Over three sessions the lower back soreness disappeared and I think the differentiating factor here was the fact that Nick listened to what hadn't worked, and remembers the overall treatment plan each visit, which is rare to see, at least in my experience.

Lizzy is an island girl who doesn’t (yet) surf — but give her a patient with a dodgy shoulder and a surf trip planned, and she’ll be deep into wave mechanics. That same curiosity and commitment run through everything she does as a physio.
She swapped tropical skies for academia to pursue her degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter, before heading north to earn her Doctorate in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University — building up a healthy tolerance for questionable weather along the way.
Since then, she’s kept herself busy wearing a few different hats: contributing to research, teaching and academia, and working clinically in London — from desk-bound professionals to sports enthusiasts.
Whether it’s marathon season, ski season, or anything in between, Lizzy adapts as quickly as the British weather.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her falling off climbing walls, triumphantly securing reduced-aisle bargains, or baking the occasional (and very worthwhile) milk bread.

Laura has taken a leading role in growing our community, so is currently off on Maternity leave.
Laura has been the trusted voice behind our phones for the past seven years. Our patients know her for her impressively quick response times, and her unmistakably bubbly personality
Recently, she’s been spreading this same infectious energy by stepping into the role of Office Manager.

A self-confessed chatterbox, Dominique is perfectly suited to her role as a Bookings Administrator. She thrives on speaking with patients and takes genuine pleasure in making their experience welcoming, smooth and efficient. Alongside this, she enjoys supporting the highly skilled physio team, helping ensure the physios can focus on delivering the best possible care for their patients.
Outside of work—when she’s not on the phone or mid-conversation—Dominique enjoys hitting the dance floor, watching films and exploring her creative side through drawing, painting and printmaking. She’s also a fan of scenic trail cycling, very much at a leisurely pace.
